There are always several different theories that we go through before we introduce them to Mimi. Most people think Mimi is an old Italian woman. I would say 99% of people think that Mimi is a woman. That could not be further from the truth.
This business was started by a man named Carmen Dragone. His friends called him Mimi. I (Carman Dragone) am named after him and inherited the nickname Mimi.
So Mimi is not a old Italian woman, but I am getting older and happen to be Italian.
